Hi beauties! Today I want to talk about a new product from a skincare line called Blue Marble Skincare. I was sent a product to try out and I have to say I was super skeptical when I first got it so I did my research on the company and the ingredients that it contains. Keep reading to discover product details and more.
The product I received was their Get Clear Serum ($18.99). It comes in a blue glass bottle with a dropper, and it contains .5 FL OZ. The oil has a light scent of lavender and tamanu oil, which I honestly find super soothing. It is natural which is great especially since I already use so many chemicals on my face. The best thing is that the company was started by a parent trying to help their teenage daughter out with acne problems, and lately I’ve been feeling like a teenage girl who needs all the help she can get!
Argan (Argania Spinosa) Oil*, Camellia (Camellia Oleifera) Oil*, Jojoba (Simmodsia Chinensis) Oil*, Rosehip (Rosa Canina) Oil*, Tamanu (Calophyllum) Oil, Neem (Azadirachta Indica) Oil, Castor(Ricinus Communis) Oil*, Tea Tree (Melaleuca Alternifolia) EO*, Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) EO*, Juniper Berry (Juniper Communis L) EO*, Vitamin E (Tocopherol)
Ok first thing to note is that every ingredient is an essential oil! I want to point out that among the oils in the product there is one called Tamanu oil which is said to be a miracle worker for acne prone skin. Along with tea tree oil, caster oil, rosehip oil and vitamin E this is geared to pack quite the punch of benefits like evening out skin tones, reducing fine lines, and reducing inflammation due to dry skin or acne flare ups. It’s also worth noting that some of the oils serve as antibacterial and antioxidants, which are great for battling acne.
I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks now; both morning and night. I love using this at night especially because of the soothing scent it has. I slather it on my face, breathe in deep and I instantly feel relaxed. In the weeks since I started using this I have noticed that my skin looks healthier and it is glowing. I have seen the small bumps on my chin area disappear and the scars I have from a few zits I wouldn’t leave alone are starting to fade. I’ve also noticed that when I get a zit, or a couple of blemishes, they don’t last very long on my face. The product sells for $19 but a little definitely goes a very long way, especially when using under makeup.
Overall, I truly like the product and plan on purchasing it once I run out of my current bottle. I also recommend it for anyone who is looking for a more natural approach to skin issues, such as acne, dark spots or dryness.

I hope you find this useful, and if you decide to give this indie product a try, I hope it works as well for you as it has for me.
*Please note that the product does contain nut oils.
That’s all for this post beauties! Until next post! ♦♦♦♦♦
